1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Zyvara Labs website (zyvaralabs.com) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any products.
2. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold by Zyvara Labs LLC are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. These products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any other use outside of controlled laboratory research environments. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or licensed professional and that products will be used solely for lawful scientific research.
3. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Zyvara Labs. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. NOT FDA APPROVED
None of the products sold by Zyvara Labs have been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid in full before shipment. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo, and cryptocurrency. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Zyvara Labs ships within the United States only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research peptide products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zyvaralabs.com with photo documentation.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Zyvara Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any products purchased from this site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyvara Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of Zyvara Labs LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
