Research-Grade Means Something Here.
At Zyvara Labs, we don’t use the term “research-grade” as a marketing phrase. It is a operational standard that governs every decision we make — from sourcing to shipping.
01 — DOMESTIC SOURCING
Every peptide in our catalog is sourced exclusively from US-based synthesis partners. We do not import from overseas manufacturers. Domestic sourcing gives us direct oversight of synthesis conditions, quality controls, and chain of custody from production to your door.
02 — INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY TESTING
We do not test our own products. Every lot is sent to an independent US-based laboratory with no financial relationship to Zyvara Labs. This eliminates conflicts of interest and ensures results are objective. We will never sell a product that was tested only by its manufacturer.
03 — HPLC PURITY VERIFICATION
Every peptide is tested via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) to verify purity. Our minimum acceptable standard is 99% purity. Lots that do not meet this threshold are rejected and never listed for sale. The exact purity percentage for every lot is published in the corresponding Certificate of Analysis.
04 — MASS SPECTROMETRY IDENTITY CONFIRMATION
Purity alone is not enough. We require mass spectrometry analysis on every lot to confirm molecular identity. This verifies that the compound is exactly what it is labeled as — not a similar compound, not a degraded version, not a substitute. Identity confirmed. Every time.
05 — MICROBIAL AND ENDOTOXIN TESTING
Every lot is tested for microbial contamination and endotoxin levels. We also test for heavy metals. These tests are not optional add-ons — they are standard requirements for every product in our catalog.
06 — LOT-SPECIFIC COA PUBLISHING
Every Certificate of Analysis we publish is lot-specific. This means the COA you see corresponds to the exact batch of product you receive — not a generic document, not a representative sample from a previous run. Lot number, test date, purity percentage, and laboratory name are all listed. You can verify independently.
07 — NO EXCEPTIONS POLICY
No product ships without a passing COA. No exceptions. If a lot fails any test — purity, identity, microbial, endotoxin, or heavy metals — it is rejected entirely. We do not relist, repackage, or discount failing lots. They are destroyed.
08 — PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Peptides are sensitive to heat and improper handling. Every order is carefully packaged with appropriate protective materials to maintain compound integrity during transit. Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days with full tracking provided.
WHY THIS MATTERS
The research peptide market has no mandatory regulatory framework. That means standards are entirely self-imposed. Many vendors cut corners on testing, use overseas manufacturers with unknown quality controls, or publish COAs that are not lot-specific.
We built Zyvara Labs because we believed researchers deserved better. Every standard listed above exists because we would not operate any other way.
